Co-Owner | Director of Rehabilitation | Registered Physiotherapist | Certified Hand Therapist
Craig Sully is a Registered Physiotherapist and Certified Hand Therapist with nearly three decades of clinical experience. Since beginning his career in 1996, Craig has specialized in helping individuals recover from injury and return to the important roles and activities in their lives — including work, school, recreation, and sport.
As Co-Owner of Kootenay Health Services, Craig oversees a multidisciplinary team delivering rehabilitation services for private clients, Workers’ Compensation, motor vehicle insurance, and disability programs. In his role as Clinical Supervisor, he mentors and supports members of the physiotherapy team while maintaining an active clinical practice focused on comprehensive assessment, evidence-based treatment, and safe return to work and daily activities.
Craig achieved his Fellowship with the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physical Therapy (FCAMPT) in 2000, completed Gunn Intramuscular Stimulation (IMS) certification in 2010, and earned his Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) designation in 2013. Since 2007, he has also been a Progressive Goal Attainment Program (PGAP) clinician, helping clients overcome barriers to recovery and re-engage in meaningful activity.
Craig competed at a provincial level in multiple sports and nationally in track and field, earning All-Canadian honours in 1993. He continues to run for recreation and can most often be found mountain biking and ski touring with his family in the Kootenays.
Robyn Clark — MEd, BKin
Co-Owner | Director of Performance
As Co-Founder of Kootenay Health Services, Robyn holds a Bachelor of Kinesiology and a Master of Education from the University of Calgary, a recognized leader in high-performance sport and human performance research.

Robyn is committed to lifelong learning and continually strives to provide the highest standard of care and performance support to her clients. Outside the clinic, she can often be found skiing, hiking, running, and biking with her family in the Kootenays.
Physiotherapy
Shannon Christmas — BScPT, FCAMPT, CGIMS
Shannon incorporates her skills and experience in manual therapy and IMS, together with patient education and exercise prescription, to provide a one-on-one, client-centred approach in her treatment sessions. Shannon completed her physiotherapy degree from the University of British Columbia in 1999, her Diploma in Advanced Manual and Manipulative Therapy in 2005, and her training in the Chan Gunn method of Intramuscular Stimulation (CGIMS) in 2004.
Shannon worked in orthopaedic and sports clinics in Victoria before the skiing and mountain biking of Nelson proved too hard to stay away from. Outside the clinic she loves mountain biking, running, hiking, and skiing — when she isn’t chasing her three kids or teaching them to love the outdoors.
Raphael Leblanc-Cyr — MPT, AN-IMS, BikePT Bronze
Raphael moved to BC from Québec in 2020, drawn by the Kootenay community and its exceptional outdoor sports. He completed his Master’s degree from Université Laval in 2019 and worked in private practice before relocating. During his studies, Raphael worked with football, hockey, and rugby teams, including a two-year placement with a collegiate football team and a final internship with the Laval Rouge et Or.
Raphael holds post-graduate training in Anatomical Neuropathic Intramuscular Stimulation (AN-IMS), Functional Movement Assessment (FMS/SFMA), and is a certified bike-fit physiotherapist (BikePT Bronze). Outside of the clinic, he can be found splitboarding, snowboarding, mountain biking, hiking, brewing beer, or exploring the backcountry.

As an Olympian (Tokyo 2020 — trampoline gymnastics) and lifelong athlete, Samantha strongly believes in promoting health and activity for everyone from professional athletes to those just beginning their fitness journey.
Samantha specializes in creating personalized injury rehabilitation programs that address the root cause of injury rather than symptoms alone. Her treatment approach includes manual therapy, patient education, and functional exercise programming. She is certified in Dry Needling and holds specialized training in artistic athlete rehabilitation and running rehabilitation through The Running Clinic, as well as the Advanced Integrative Manual Therapy course (Level 2 Upper Body).
Samantha completed her Master of Physiotherapy at UBC and holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from UBC Okanagan.

Sophie has worked with Vancouver Island’s premier soccer league, the University of Victoria men’s Rugby team, and the Vikes Varsity Athlete Clinic at UVic — treating varsity and Olympic-level athletes both on-field and in the clinic. Her approach to Athletic Therapy encompasses the whole body and encourages the client to be an active participant in their rehabilitation.

She works with individuals of all activity levels — from everyday movers to active and athletic populations. In addition to her work as an Athletic Therapist, Jessica is a Clinical Pilates instructor, integrating Pilates-based rehabilitation into her treatment plans to help clients build strength, stability, and confidence in their bodies.
