The KHS Clinic

Housed in the oldest church in Nelson — a beautifully renovated heritage building at the heart of the community — KHS operates out of a 5,500-square-foot facility thoughtfully designed and fully equipped to support comprehensive assessment, treatment, and performance training.

Our advanced assessment tools are among the most comprehensive in the East and West Kootenays, including the full suite of VALD performance testing technology, alongside evidence-based treatment modalities such as Intramuscular Stimulation (IMS), Manual Therapy, and Shockwave Therapy — delivering precise, effective, and measurable outcomes.

High Performance and Rehabilitation Gym

Our facility is equipped with industry-leading clinical and high-performance sport testing and training technology, supporting objective measurement, data-driven rehabilitation, and elite-level performance development. Training racks, specialized strength and conditioning equipment, and ample open floor space allow our team to support both individual rehabilitation programming and structured team training.

Our clinic is wheelchair accessible from the main entrance. Parking is available near the building for both short-stay (2-hour) and all-day time periods.
