Our dedicated rehabilitation and performance facility features professional training racks, specialized strength and conditioning equipment, and ample floor space to support structured team training in a safe, high-performance environment. We’ve purposely designed our space to accommodate full squads efficiently, ensuring that every athlete is engaged and actively working toward their objectives without unnecessary downtime. From turf areas for dynamic speed and agility drills to dedicated lifting platforms for power development, KHS provides the premier local setting for athletic growth.

Year-Round Support & Sport-Specific Programming

Our performance coaches specialize in developing sport-specific programs designed to optimize strength, speed, power, and injury resilience. The physical demands of a hockey player differ vastly from those of a soccer player or a competitive alpine skier. Therefore, we conduct thorough needs analyses of your specific sport to create targeted exercise selections and energy system development plans.
