School District 05 selected NMC to construct this community-focused childcare facility at Steeples Elementary. The 1,345 sq. ft. new build is designed to accommodate 30 children daily, providing vital support to the Cranbrook community.
Slated to open in the fall of 2025, the project involves tight coordination to ensure construction activities have minimal impact on the adjacent, fully operational elementary school environment.
Construction Management Delivery
Working on an active school campus requires disciplined safety protocols and precise scheduling. NMC has prioritized communication with stakeholders to minimize noise and traffic disruptions, ensuring the Elementary School’s daily operations continue seamlessly.
Currently, the project is in good standing—tracking to be handed over on time and on budget, ready to welcome students for the 2025 academic year.
