Savoy Hotel

Located at 198 Baker Street in Nelson, BC, the Savoy Hotel project involved the comprehensive renovation and structural upgrade of an existing 559-square-meter, two-story commercial and hospitality building. The extensive interior build-out was designed to support multiple major occupancies, featuring a basement-level nightclub and commercial kitchen, alongside a vibrant main floor housing a pub-lounge, brew room, and coffee bar. The second floor was transformed into a modern boutique hotel offering 12 guest suites, complete with luxury amenities such as a massage room and a sauna. A defining highlight of the revitalization was the exterior and roof transformation, which included a new raised architectural roof accented with zinc shingles, and an expansive rooftop patio featuring a custom hot tub enclosure, a structural glass railing, and a dedicated patio shelter.
