The Board will only consider refunds after this time in exceptional circumstances.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>Rep Program (Selects)<\/h3>\n<p><em>Includes: U10\u2013U18 Development and Rep Teams.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Administration Fee:<\/strong> After the registration deadline (January 1st), <strong>all<\/strong> refunds are subject to a <strong>$35.00 administration fee<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Refund Schedule:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Start of Indoor Practice (+\/- 2 weeks):<\/strong> 90% Refund (minus $35 fee).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Before First Outdoor Practice:<\/strong> 85% Refund (minus $35 fee).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Before Third Week of Outdoor Practice:<\/strong> 75% Refund (minus $35 fee).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Until June 1st:<\/strong> 50% Refund (minus $35 fee).<\/li>\n<li><strong>After June 1st:<\/strong> No refunds will be given.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Clothing &amp; Fees:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Insurance:<\/strong> Mandatory BC Soccer insurance fees are non-refundable after the first scheduled session.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Rep Jackets:<\/strong> Non-refundable and non-exchangeable.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Game Jerseys:<\/strong> Can be exchanged for a larger size at the start of the season if in clean, re-usable condition.<\/li>\n<li><strong>New Clothing:<\/strong> Can only be refunded\/exchanged if unworn with tags attached.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>Adult Leagues<\/h3>\n<p><em>Includes: Men&#8217;s Open, Women&#8217;s Open, Masters, and Co-ed Leagues.<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Before Draft Night:<\/strong> Refunds are subject to a <strong>$35.00 administration fee<\/strong>. (Draft night is typically 10 days before the season starts).<\/li>\n<li><strong>After Draft Night:<\/strong> No refunds will be issued.
