This policy ensures communication reflects NSA values and maintains a safe, positive online environment.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div><div  class='flex_column aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Chair\/Vice Chair<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Admin <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Executive Director<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Technical Director<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hired Media Manager<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">These individuals may delegate permission when appropriate.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A hired social media manager must follow all NSA Social media policies, our mission and values.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Inappropriate Content\u00a0<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Accounts directly associated with NSA will never post or share:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Racist, sexist, ageist, or discriminatory content<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Threats, insults, abuse, or personal attacks<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Content that harms NSA\u2019s reputation or the integrity of the game<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Inappropriate or offensive photos<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Reposts of inappropriate style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Support soccer growth and development pathways<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>Official accounts:<\/b><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Will take their lead from BC Soccer or Canada Soccer\u00a0 on postings that could be deemed political or religious.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Will not take sides on controversial issues<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Will not display unsportsmanlike behaviour<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Will not engage in online whole.<\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Membership fundraising initiatives are welcome to tag the Association in their posts; the Association may interact with those posts when appropriate to help broaden their reach.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0Exceptions apply only when the initiative benefits the <\/span><b>entire NSA community<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, such as:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Grant opportunities<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Organization-wide awards or recognition<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Online content is permanent\u2014even deleted posts can be saved or shared.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>Expectations for Personal Accounts<\/b><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you reference NSA in your username, bio, or use NSA logos, you must include:<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span> <b>\u201cThis account is not an official Nelson Soccer Association account.\u201d<\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Follow NSA media policies when posting about NSA teams, programs, or members.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tag @nelsonsoccer
