Outdoor Recreational U10 Girls and Boys

Program Details

  • Schedule: Spring and Fall.
    • GIRLS Mondays and Tuesdays 4:30pm
    • BOYS Tuesdays and Wednesdays 4:30pm
  • Location: Beautiful Lakeside Soccer Fields
  • Format: 25 minute practice followed by a 50 minute 6v6 game.

Required Equipment (Outdoor)

Required Gear

  • Footwear: Soccer cleats are required for traction on grass and turf. (No metal studs).

  • Protection: Shin pads are mandatory and must be worn underneath soccer socks at all times.

  • Hydration: Please bring a water bottle clearly labeled with the player’s name.

  • Safety: No jewelry (including earrings, necklaces, or watches) is permitted on the field. Taping jewelry is not accepted.

  • Footwear: Outdoor cleats are not recommended for indoor fields. Please use Turf Shoes or flat indoor soccer shoes for the best safety and performance.

Insurance

Annual Insurance Fee In addition to the program fees listed above, all players are required to pay an annual BC Soccer Youth Insurance fee.

  • Coverage Period: April 1, 2026 – March 31, 2027.

  • Cost: $25 (U4-U10) or $35 (U11-U18 & Adults).

  • Note: This is paid once per year. If you played in the Spring, you do not pay again for the Indoor season.

Volunteer Coaches Needed! Our Recreational programs run on community power. We need parents to join the fun and lead our teams!

  • No Experience? No Problem. NSA provides free Coaches Clinics and professional support to all volunteers.

  • It is a fantastic way to be involved in your child’s development. You can sign up to coach during the player registration process.

Refund Policy

Recreational Refund Policy

  • Prior to Season: Full refunds are approved if requested at least one week prior to the first session.

  • Season Start – Session 2: Refunds are subject to a $35 administration fee.

  • After Session 2: No refunds will be issued. The Board will only consider refunds after this time in exceptional circumstances.
